1. Choose a photograph

Ideally it would be best to provide me with a high- quality reference photo for me to work from. When you choose the required size I will book a slot and set a time scale for completion of your portrait. This will depend on my current work schedule. Reference pictures can be sent either via email or direct messaging on my social media. For best results a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pets face clearly. If you can see details in the fur when zoomed into your picture that should be good enough to translate into a portrait.

Please be aware that your portrait can only be as good as the reference provided. I will try my best to work from low quality  photographs however it may not be as detailed as previous works.

2. Select a portrait size

I currently offer 3 sizes of portraits, however if you require a different size please contact me.

• 18cm x 24cm (7" x 9")  

• 24cm x 30cm (9" x 12")  

• 30cm x 40cm (12" x 16")

3. Payment

​

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance will be paid upon completion once  I show you the finished piece and your 100% satisfied. Payments are done through PayPal and once the remaining balance is paid I shall post the drawing to you. This will be sent with tracking and protective packing will always be used.

I work closely with each customer to ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. I will send some progress photos while I work on your portrait to be sure you are happy with the progress.
